Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the Department of Defense, Office of the Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) Only on Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement, to Comcast Corporation, 508-D South Van Dorn Street, Alexandria, VA 22304, Provide basic commercial cable television service. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The proposed sole source contract requested is for 12 month contract with no option periods. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
