The 192d Contracting Office has a requirement to relocate the Verizon Demarcation point from building 3649 to building 3652, service will include relocation of existing Verizon copper and fiber feeder cables with the associated Verizon circuit equipment. The 192d Contracting Office intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 192d Contracting office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Verizon Business Network Services, 22001 Loudoun County Parkway, Ashburn, VA 20147. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517110. THIS NOTICE IS NOT FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, MSgt Lisa Pena, within 3 days from the date of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed above.
