Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a single source, to RMG Enterprise Solutions, INC who will provide all OEM parts, and licenses to upgrade existing RMG telecommunications equipment located at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center and the six surrounding CBOCs. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The place of performance is the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center and the six surrounding CBOCS. The Carl Vinson VA Medical is located at 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, GA. The NAICS code is 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750. The solicitation number is 36C24718Q9713. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of (12) months.
