WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICES FOR ASIA-PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES (APCSS). Supplies/Services contained in this request for quotation are for delivery FOB destination to: Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS), 2058 Maluhia Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96815. Supplies furnished under this request for quotation are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated by quoter. FOB destination pricing is required. Activated cards will provide continuous connectivity within a radius of two miles from the APCSS locations. APCSS is located at 2058 Maluhia Road, Honolulu, Hawaii. Wireless data cards will operate at current band speed of 768 kbps or greater. Services will be billed on a monthly basis (after receipt of service). Period of performance is 1 August 2007 through July 31, 2008.
