The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to procure a high-end professional cinema camera system to upgrade its media production capabilities for recording and broadcasting purposes. The contract calls for a camera with a full-frame sensor capable of minimum 6K resolution at 60fps, compatible with advanced codecs such as Canon RAW Light and XF-AVC. Additional requirements include Dual Base ISO and Canon Log 2/3 for enhanced dynamic range, built-in motorized ND filters, a preferred RF lens mount with EF lens compatibility via adapter, and a sophisticated autofocus system with subject tracking and face detection. Pricing should be provided for the camera body alone and any available bundles or accessories. The contract will commence upon award and remain active until all deliverables are accepted by ODOT.
