The equipment shall operate as a high-capacity, atmospheric moist cabinet designed for the simultaneous dry and submerged curing of hydraulic cement briquets, concrete cubes, cylinders, and molds, offering a total usable storage capacity of no less than 60 sq. ft. of shelf space, with at least 20 sq. ft. dedicated to tray space (20 sq. ft. of tray space may be included in the 60 sq. ft. of shelf space if the trays sit on the shelves and are removable). The chamber must strictly comply with ASTM C511 / ASTM C511-19 standard, maintaining a tightly regulated dry-bulb temperature of 70°F to 73°F (21.1°C to 22.8°C) ±1°F and relative humidity between 95% and 100% (minimum baseline 90% RH). The maximum allowable dimensions are 120" (10 ft) in length/width, 42" in depth, and 87" in overall height. Cabinet construction shall feature a heavy-duty brass or structural steel frame, a stainless steel interior liner with thermal expansion joints, stainless steel exterior panels, and high-density phenolic board or fiberglass insulation or equivalent.
