**Update to Original Solicitation** Please refer to the attached H9821022R0003 P00001 for amended solicitation. Compiled response to interested vendor questions are also attached. Proposal submission due date is changed to 11 Feb 2022. ------------------------------------------------------- The Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES) a component of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), manages a portfolio of Defense voluntary education programs that help Service members achieve their personal and professional career goals. The U.S. Armed Forces (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Space Force, National Guard, and Reserve) and Coast Guard require education support services needed to enable service members to achieve their educational and vocational goals. A variety of education support services are required on-site at military bases in the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) and United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility (AOR). Service locations for this contract are subject to change and may include any country within the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AOR as established in the Unified Command Plan per United States Code Title 10 USC Chapter 6. The countries included in the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AORs and the military bases where services are currently required are listed in Appendix C. Education support services performed on-site are currently required in Egypt (Sinai), and Kuwait. The contractor shall provide the personnel, management and materials necessary to deliver a variety of education services to US Armed Forces serving in the CENTCOM and AFRICOM AORs. In coordination with DoD's existing network of military education centers, the contractor shall provide education support services at forward deployed locations. The objective of this requirement is to provide service members forward deployed with educational support services comparable to what are available to CONUS Service members. The purpose of this contract is to obtain education support services needed to assist and enable Service members to achieve their educational goals. It should be noted that the contractor is not guaranteed government installation access to support this requirement.
