" Dark web " threat intelligence software

Customs and Border Protection is seeking an enterprise license for a threat intelligence platform capable of collecting and indexing dark web and darknet data into searchable databases. This software will allow multiple concurrent users to query and monitor open-source information to combat the sale and production of illicit drugs and chemical precursors, disrupt illicit migration and fraudulent document sales, and detect the unauthorized circulation of personally identifiable information. The acquisition is planned as a limited competition via NASA SEWP and is projected to be awarded through the DOD Tradewinds marketplace.
