THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to identify sources that can provide Data Analytics for Multi-Domain Data Sets. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. BACKGROUND: The Air Force Test Center, in conjunction with sister services, executes test and evaluation (T&E) of weapon systems in support of delivering combat-credible materiel to our combat-credible military forces in the context of great power competition. As these weapons systems have become more capable, they have also become more complex. Recent T&E results show reduced relevance of decomposing each system to simpler parts, testing those parts, and then aggregating the results to evaluate weapons systems effectiveness and suitability against near-peer adversaries. In response, the T&E community has demonstrated it can execute dense, multi-domain, instrumented test events for complex weapons systems. Existing analysis tool and techniques are not well suited to the rich data sets generated by these instrumented multi-domain tests. This is a request for information on what data science, advanced data analytics, and machine learning capabilities - to include, but limited to, the application of automation, statistics, and linear algebra - can be applied to the multi-domain data sets. RESPONSES: Interested parties are requested to furnish a capability statement; detailing their capabilities to provide these services, include highlights of experience on similar government or commercial contracts/agreements. In addition, provide a list of any contracts or other agreements similar in nature, the program/project name, contract number or other identifier, administering office/address, and the point of contact with the current telephone number. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Responses shall not be proprietary and will be unclassified. Responses shall be provided in a Microsoft Word or a Microsoft Word compatible format. Submissions should be to the point and no more than 10 double spaced pages. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to: Mr. Christopher Klug (contact@example.gov) Mr. Falilou Diouck (contact@example.gov) Ms. Amber Lauderdale (contact@example.gov) QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contracting Officer, contact@example.gov and Contract Specialist, contact@example.gov. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Q&A IS ATTACHED.

URC-300 VHF/UHF Transceiver Assembly and Remote Control Unit (RCU)
Solicitation # ACQ-26-H096
The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZF) at Edwards AFB, intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to ACG Systems, Inc. under solicitation ACQ-26-H096. This procurement is for one URC-300 VHF/UHF Transceiver Assembly and ten associated auxiliary components, including a Remote Control Unit (RCU), mounting brackets, antennas, and cabling. The equipment is required to expand the capabilities of the Mobile Telemetry Van supporting the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) and must integrate with the proprietary CM-350 V2 control protocols. The government has determined that ACG Systems, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the requirement because they are the original equipment manufacturer and the hardware must meet mandatory military TEMPEST and EMI shielding standards for classified and unclassified operations. Utilizing non-ACG hardware would result in significant duplication of costs and cause a critical six-to-nine-month delay due to mandatory recertification, which would threaten B-52 engine replacement timelines and operational readiness targets. The award is based on the vendor's unique technical compatibility and the determination that the pricing is fair and reasonable based on historical data from previous contract FA9302-22-F-G596.
