The purpose of this Special Notice is to post the Justification and Approval for Procurement Action in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), Urgent and Compelling Need to award a 90-day Bridge Contract with ARC Aspicio for continued data analytics support to enhance its efforts to build rigorous data capabilities to avoid a gap in service. DAS requests continued contractor staff to support areas, such as fulfilling data analysis requests, data and risk modeling, predictive analytics, and application/dashboard development. The government is NOT ASKING FOR BIDS/QUOTES at this time and no bids or quotes will be accepted. The OIG will not answer any questions regarding this post.
