The State of Florida, Department of Law Enforcement, hereinafter called the FDLE, Department, Agency, State, Customer, or Purchaser, issues this invitation to receive competitive sealed bids for the purchase of 240 High Rate series Data Center batteries. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) and all activities leading toward the anticipated issuance of a Purchase Order pursuant to this ITB are conducted pursuant to Chapters 943 and 287 Florida Statutes, and Rule 60A-1 Florida Administrative Code.It is the intent of the Department to acquire for purchase 240 High Rate series Data Center batteries. Department intends to make a single award from this ITB and issue a Purchase Order. The Awarded Vendor, hereinafter called the Bidder or Contractor, price is to remain firm for one (1) year from the issuance of the initial Purchase Order as additional orders may be requested.
