Full Description

The City of Davenport, Iowa is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the Davenport Freight House Roof and Gutters project. Work under this project includes roof, gutter, and skylight replacement of approximately 16,400 square feet.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Freight House, located at 421 W River Dr, Davenport, IA 52801. We will gather at the south east corner of the Freight House near Ripley Street. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
