The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation has issued a determination and approval for commercial cannabis annual license LA-C-25-200032-ANN to Vita Viridis, Inc. This license authorizes indoor small cultivation at 7315 N Fulton Ave, North Hollywood, CA 91605. The project is classified as an environmentally benign infill project and has been granted a Notice of Exemption under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15332, as it is consistent with the General Plan and local zoning requirements. Operations are scheduled seven days per week, with shifts running from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The licensee must maintain full compliance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Sections 104.00 and 105.00, as well as DCR Rules and Regulations. Additionally, the entity is required to obtain all necessary permits from the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, the Los Angeles Fire Department, and the Los Angeles County Public Health Department. The facility is limited to tenant improvements for sustainability and has not undergone expansion.
