The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation has granted a commercial cannabis annual license to TKC Group, Inc. for indoor cultivation operations located at 18339 Eddy Street, Northridge, CA 91325. The project utilizes a two-level existing building of 12,462 square feet on a 21,841 square foot lot, featuring up to 22,000 square feet of canopy and an onsite irrigation system. The facility is zoned M1-1VL and complies with Los Angeles Municipal Code sections 104.03, 105.02, and 104.04. The project is classified as an environmentally benign infill project and is categorically exempt from further CEQA analysis under Guidelines Section 15301 and 15332. Operational specifications include the use of CO2 for cultivation, bleach for cleaning, and LED bulbs for lighting. The facility will implement a recycling program for paper and plastic waste and perform regular maintenance to reduce energy and water waste. Deliveries and shipments are scheduled once per week, with operational hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays, with no Sunday deliveries.
