The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation has granted a Type 11 Annual License for Distribution to CSC Distribution Center, LLC, located at 1864 East 22nd Street, Los Angeles, California. This approval allows the facility to operate as a licensed distribution hub providing secure storage, inventory management, and transportation services for cannabis products between cultivators, manufacturers, testing laboratories, and retail operators. The operation is conducted within a 17,420 square foot facility equipped with temperature-controlled rooms and freezers, employing four staff members with operating hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. The facility utilizes non-volatile solvents and mechanical methods for extraction, as well as infusion for product creation and packaging and labeling services. The project is designated as an environmentally benign infill project and is exempt from further environmental review under CEQA Guidelines Sections 15301 and 15332, as it is consistent with the General Plan and Zoning requirements. All operations must comply with the California Business and Professions Code and Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 104.00. The applicant is not subject to the Social Equity Program requirements of LAMC Section 104.20. Administrative oversight is provided by Assistant Executive Director Jason Killeen.
