The City of Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation has issued a determination and approval for CSC Manufacturing, LLC to operate a commercial cannabis manufacturing facility located at 1864 East 22nd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90058. This project, identified under record number LA-C-25-402838-ANN, is classified as an environmentally benign infill project that is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Class 1 and Class 32 exemptions. The facility occupies 17,420 square feet of usable space and will operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a staff of four employees. The operational scope includes the use of mechanical methods and non-volatile solvents, specifically water, for extraction, as well as the infusion, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products. Utilities are provided by the LADWP and city wastewater systems. To maintain compliance, the project requires permits from the California Department of Cannabis Control, the Los Angeles Fire Department, the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The applicant is not subject to the Social Equity Program requirements under LAMC Section 104.20.
