The project involves a 1,500 square foot facility on a 16,722.3 square foot lot. This project is classified as an environmentally benign infill project and is categorically exempt from further CEQA analysis under Guidelines Section 15301 and 15332. Operational requirements include a work schedule from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, with a maximum on-site occupancy of five employees. The licensee is required to implement a comprehensive Odor Management Plan covering mitigation practices, equipment maintenance, and complaint logging.
