The Department of Children and Youth is seeking a qualified offeror to lead the statewide management of the Ohio Kinship and Adoption Navigator (OhioKAN) program. The selected provider will be responsible for supporting kinship caregivers and adoptive families through various essential functions, including providing specialized training, ensuring program fidelity, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, the offeror must maintain the existing regional structure of OhioKAN while conducting statewide outreach and assisting with the processing of PASSS applications. To be considered, prospective offerors must demonstrate extensive knowledge of kinship and adoption needs, familiarity with child welfare best practices, and the capacity to manage services across the entire state of Ohio.
