Question: Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.
Answer: Services were previously purchased from Indicium Technologies Inc., Innovative Solutions Technology under contract number 36C77621P0075. Some changes have been made to the requirement and vendors are encouraged to carefully review the current solicitation and all attachments.
