The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a contract for modifications to the DDG-1000 Full Mission Bridge (FMB) training device located at the Zumwalt Training Facility (ZTF), San Diego, California.

The proposed effort includes the following Technical Equipment Change Requests (TECRs):

TECR – Student Role-Based Access (Cybersecurity)

The contract is planned for Wartsila Defense, Inc. dba Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS), operating under CAGE Code 0EYA6.
