Full Description

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dealogic LLC., 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10272, to provide for the publication/periodicals of Dealogic. The purchase order is for a one year subscription for online financial services including three products: Debt Capital Markets, ProjectWare, and Equity Capital Markets. This procurement is being conducted under the FAR 13.5 --Simplified Acquisition Procedures-- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. This procurement action will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted in response to this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of a proposal. Responsible sources who believe they can provide the required services may submit a written capability statement via e-mail to Esther.Clemons@do.treas.gov, not later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 13, 2010. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
