Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Donaldsonville at City Hall, 609 Railroad Avenue, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346 until, August 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time for the following:   DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF DONALDSONVILLE 
The City of Donaldsonville invites interested firms who provide debris removal services to submit a Proposal. All proposals must be in accordance with the Proposal Documents on file at the City Hall of Donaldsonville in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. The City intends to award a contract for those services, which will be issued for a five (5) year term with the option to renew with administration approval.
Firms will be evaluated based upon professional qualifications, specialized experience, cost reasonableness, and technical competence related to debris monitoring services. Additionally, firms are required to limit their qualification packages to experience pertinent to municipal and government projects only.
Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the firm, his/her address, contractor’s state license number and the name of the project for which the proposal is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the City of Donaldsonville, 609 Railroad Avenue, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346, mailed certified mail, express delivery, or hand delivered, and must be received no later than the specific date and time. The City requests that four (4) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposals be submitted.
To request the project selection documents or submit questions regarding the RFP, all inquiries should be directed to Mr. Nick Schexnayder, via email ONLY at NSchexnayder@mckimcreed.com no later than 3 o’clock pm, August 21, 2026, with responses given via email by 3 o’clock pm, August 24, 2026.
The City of Donaldsonville reserves the right to disqualify any response if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
