Decatur- Parks and Recreation- Lifeguard Management Service for Aquatic Facilities

The City of Decatur is soliciting proposals for comprehensive lifeguard management services for its aquatic facilities, including the Oakhurst Indoor Pool and three outdoor pools at McKoy Park, Ebster Pool, and Glenlake Pool. The contract period runs from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2029. The selected contractor will be responsible for staffing certified lifeguards, providing a Certified Pool Operator, managing daily operations and patron behavior, and maintaining water quality in accordance with State of Georgia and DeKalb County Environmental Health Department regulations.
