Deck Replacement for Pedestrian Bridges at Lac-Leamy

BACKGROUND The National Capital Commission (NCC) is a federal Crown corporation created by Canada’s Parliament in 1959 under the National Capital Act. INTENT The NCC is seeking services to remove the existing wooden deck on two pedestrian bridges located on the Lac Leamy pathway and replace it with white oak deck timbers. The work also includes the installation of new structural steel railing post support assemblies including the removal, salvage and reinstallation of the existing railing on the new supports.
