This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 2121301PCV456. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is $39.5 million in annual receipts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236115; Home improvement (e.g., adding on, remodeling, renovating), single-family housing, general contractors. The contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price. Deck Replacements - Single Family Homes - USCG Housing Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin as per statement of requirements.
