The Regional Contracting Office at Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island is seeking market information through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify capable organizations that can develop a new, more accurate spotlight survey route for white-tailed deer in South Carolina. This initiative supports the Natural Resource Section of the Environmental Division in maintaining continuous data collection, monitoring, and tracking to better understand the species' movements, habitat use, and population dynamics. The Government is evaluating responses only to determine market capacity and may proceed with a small business set-aside or full and open competition based on the findings. Interested parties must submit a response by 28 May 2026 at 11:00 am EST via email to Nichole Taylor at nichole.d.taylor.civ@usmc.mil with the subject line “RFI- Deer Spotlight Count and Survey Route.” Submissions must include the organization’s name, address, email, website, telephone number, size and type of ownership, and a tailored capability statement addressing the requirement.
