DLA – TS E&A, in conjunction with the United States Army Medical Materiel Center-Europe (USAMMCE), is conducting market research to support the recompete of its commercial laboratory supplies contract.


The resulting contract will provide clinical laboratory reagents, test cartridges, calibrators, controls, and associated consumables that operate in conjunction with specific Government-owned laboratory analyzers and capital equipment (e.g., Abbott i-STAT, Siemens DCA 2000, and other point-of-care or automated platforms).


The primary ordering activity and logistics hub is USAMMCE, servicing Department of Defense (DoD) medical treatment facilities and operational forces across the European Command (EUCOM) and possibly Central Command (CENTCOM) theaters. The follow-on ordering period is projected to commence on 15 January 2028.
