Note 22 applies. The Government intends to issue a two month contract to Taft Broadcasting LLC, the incumbent contractor under contract HQ0028-10-C-0011, to continue Audio Visual Maintenance services in support of the Defense Media Center (DMC), Riverside CA. This contract will incorporate by reference the exact terms and conditions and delivery schedules of contract HQ0028-10-C-0011, which expires on 31 May 2010. The government is in the process of finalizing the source selection process of RFP HQ0028-10-R-0005. The source selection and award process under that solicitation will not be completed before the expiration of the present contract, necessitating this action. As the incumbent, Taft Broadcasting LLC is uniquely situated to provide continuing services without disruption of the mission of the DMC.
