This purchase order is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement to Data Security, Inc for LM-1 Degausser and DX-8 Hard Drive Destroyer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within thediscretion of the Government.
