NOTICE TO THE OFFEROR: In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the purchase of HPM-1 Degausser, part #965-0028 with included warranty of 5 years, parts & labor, and on-site service. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430, with a business size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically.
