The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Cannabis Retail License submitted on 09/25/2025 by Charles Smith. The Project will consist of an existing 100,803 square-foot warehouse that was constructed in 1966. The building is located at 1025 Joellis Way, Sacramento, CA 95815. The APN is 277-0241-060-0000. The lot area is 5.88 acres. The building is located in an industrial area, with no residential uses located in close proximity. There will be cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution activities in the warehouse. After a minor modification acceptance, the project will have 77,394 SF for cultivation, 9172 SF for distribution, and 15,474 SF for manufacturing. The project proposes to update their manufacturing to volatile manufacturing from non-volatile manufacturing
