Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide treatment and risk assessment services to federally sentenced paroled male and female offenders as referred by the Program Manager or designate.
Objectives: To provide treatment and risk assessment services to federally sentenced paroled male and female offenders as referred by the Community Program Manager or designate.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide all services at a professional facility, that must be accessible from a local transit route. The Contractor must provide services in consultation with the Parole Office Treatment and Supervision Team, the Parole Supervisor, Parole Officer, and the Program Manager. The Contractor must provide services in person or via telephone, videoconference (MS Teams or WebEx) if appropriate based on offender need, as requested by and with the prior-approval of the Program Manager and as requested and approved by Programs Manager. The Contractor must have the capacity to schedule sessions so as not to interfere with offender’s work schedules. This may require provision of services during evenings or weekends.
