Dell Recover Point Extended Support Renewal

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for an extension of Hardware support for the Dell Recover Point solution. This is for the extended length of the product from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2029. It is only sold as a 2 year extension. Only Dell Recover Point Solution is acceptable. No Third Party Maint.
This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting MBE dealers for products on state contracts RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135 and 0A1375 (Index GPC033) and on STS033. Only MBE suppliers on RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375 and STS033 or MBE suppliers who offer this item on an existing state contract may respond to this solicitation. Spreadsheet of items to be covered and location is in the document section.Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered. Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered.The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote. At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
