The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is soliciting bids for contract C5613351-D to provide concrete debris removal and slope stabilization services at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California. The project involves clearing and grubbing a top layer of crushed concrete debris, re-grading approximately 10,000 cubic yards of soil to stabilize slopes against erosion and slide risks, and implementing erosion control measures such as hydroseeding and the installation of fiber rolls.
