Work includes but is not limited to demolition of approximately 2000 SF one story steel storage building including removal of concrete slab, foundations and utilities. Utilities consist of electrical lighting; new underground pull-box, load center, conduit and wiring circuit to "Pole Barn" building, adjacent to the demolished structure; fill and hand tamping of the excavated foundation and slabs; providing native sod over the excavated building footprint. The performance period will be 60 calendar days. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million.
