Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California. The project involves clearing and grubbing a top layer of crushed concrete debris, re-grading approximately 10,000 cubic yards of soil to stabilize slopes against erosion and slide risks, and implementing erosion control measures such as hydroseeding and the installation of fiber rolls. Bidders must provide a bid security of at least 10 percent of the base bid and are required to furnish performance and payment bonds upon award. Compliance with California prevailing wage laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the project's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is mandatory.
