Summary of scope of work : The work covered by this contract involves the demolition and decontamination of the MCTS building in Notre-Dame-du-Portage. Elements contaminated with lead, asbestos and crystalline silica will be demolished and removed from the site by the Contractor. The work includes the asbestos-contaminated roof membrane, the concrete walls containing crystalline silica, the interior ceiling contaminated with lead paint, the concrete floor and walls inside the building, and some lead-contaminated elements covered with red paint. The Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labour, accommodation, transportation and any other items required to complete the mandate. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 13, 2026.
