If your company believes it can provide Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (Berkeley Lab or - LBNL) the management and technical services described, we encourage your company to check again at this site within the first 2 weeks in April 2019 for the planned forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for the described services. Perform ISM work planning, site remediation, demolition and infrastructure construction work at LBNL to support Bayview Parcel 1 Cleanup and site preparation for a new building called the Biological and Environmental Program Integration Center (BioEPIC) building. The Bayview Cleanup involves demolition of underground tunnels and utilities. The site prep for BioEPIC involves constructing utilities at the Bayview site where the new building will be placed. The work requires coordination with characterization, preliminary deactivation, and preliminary site prep work by others.
