PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick SFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252126B0003 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued.


This IFB is being set aside to Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business concerns; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW RFO 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation.

There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Project Title: Demolition Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity

Place of performance: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida 32925


Brief description of work: The Scope of Work to be performed under this project is located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) and various facilities operated by the 45th Space Launch Delta in other parts of Brevard County and Martin County, Florida. CCSFS is located at the end of State Road 401, north of Port Canaveral. PSFB is located approximately three miles south of Cocoa Beach on State Road A1A.


The work under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations in connection with the IDIQ Building Demolition Contract. Demolition work includes removal, transportation and disposal of all items to be demolished, as well as restoration of site demolition as indicated in drawings and scope of work document. Facility/Site Specific Construction Documents/Drawings, which are to be issued at each delivery order.


Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) 12-month options.


Size Standard: $19 M
