Melcher Street. Drawings and Specifications may be examined on and after September 24, 2026 at C.T. Male Associates, 50 Century Hill Dr., Latham, NY 12110, 518-786-7400 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Complete sets of Bidding and Contract Documents, in electronic format, may be obtained at no charge from the Engineer. C.T. Male Associates, Engineering, Surveying, Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Geology, D.P.C. via Camelot Print and Copy Center.
