The City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, will receive sealed bids for the DEMOLITION OF 736 PAGE AVE., JACKSON, MI project via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson All work performed under this contract shall conform to the City of Jackson's General Building Regulations. Contractor must have a RESIDENTIAL BUILDERS LICENSE OR A HOUSE WRECKING (R) MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATION CONTRACTOR. Abatement to be completed and Demolition shall begin no later than 60 days after Notice of Award. All work shall be completed no later than May 23, 2025.All demolition debris shall be removed to a state licensed type II or type III landfill.
