The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking qualified vendors to provide dental anesthesia services for residents of the Brenham State Supported Living Center in Brenham, Texas, under solicitation number HHS0017572V2. Pricing is structured as firm, fixed unit rates for the first hour of anesthesia and per 15-minute increments thereafter, to be submitted via Exhibit C, and all costs must be inclusive with no additional charges permitted on invoices. Payments will follow the Texas Prompt Payment Act, with monthly invoicing required and separate bills submitted for each service rendered. Vendors must comply with a comprehensive set of mandatory requirements including full adherence to American Society of Anesthesiologists and American Dental Association guidelines, OSHA infection control standards, and Texas-specific legal and ethical obligations. Compliance with the E-Verify system, prohibition of human trafficking, Buy Texas provisions, cybersecurity training under Texas Government Code, and disclosure of any artificial intelligence systems used are all required. Insurance mandates include workers’ compensation, commercial general liability with a $1 million per occurrence limit, commercial automobile liability with $1 million combined single limit, professional liability with a minimum of $1 million coverage, and umbrella liability of at least $1 million.
