Dental care services This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Cowansville Institution Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Health Services requires Dental services for the Cowansville Institution in the Quebec Region. Objectives: To provide and coordinate essential dental services to inmates at the Cowansville Institution., located at 400 Fordyce Avenue, Cowansville, Quebec J2K 3N7 Deliverables: As part of an effective ongoing oversight mechanism to ensure accountability, consistency, cost effectiveness and best practices specific to the needs of CSC’s population, the Contractor must provide procedure information to the Chief Health Services once a month. At the request of the Chief, Health Services, the Contractor must produce or contribute to regional reporting. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment. Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of October 16 2023 to October 15 2023 with the option to renew for 2 additional one-year periods.
