The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Dental Ceramic Services to all sites in the Ontario Region.
Objectives: To ensure that offenders have access to essential dental laboratory services in keeping with the generally accepted practices and Professional Standards and Correctional Services Canada Commissioner’s Directive (CD800).
Deliverables: The contractor must provide dental laboratory services as requested for the following:
- Complete, repair and reline of full upper dentures, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
- Complete, repair and reline of full lower dentures, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
- Complete and repair of acrylic partial upper dentures (1-12 teeth), including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
- Complete and repair of acrylic partial lower dentures (1-12) teeth, including teeth of Contractor’s choice and bite blocks.
- Repairs could be minor or major.
- Relines could be full upper or full lower.
- Other related Dental Lab services.
