This announcement is a PRESOLICITATION notice of intent that the United States Property & Fiscal Office (USP&FO) for South Carolina tentatively plans on issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) within the next 45 days as a Commercial Item Solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and all small business concerns may offer a proposal. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov prior to award. A sources sought was previously posted on FEDBIZOPPS on 4 Sep 15 under solicitation number USPFOSC09042015.
