This announcement is a PRESOLICITATION notice of intent that the United States Property & Fiscal Office (USP&FO) for South Carolina tentatively plans on issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) within the next 45 days as a Commercial Item Solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and all small business concerns may offer a proposal. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov prior to award. A sources sought was previously posted on FEDBIZOPPS on 4 Sep 15 under solicitation number USPFOSC09042015. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 621210-Office of Dentists, which has a business size standard of $7,500,000.00. This procurement will support the South Carolina Army National Guard's Dental Readiness Program ensuring all Soldiers obtain a Class 2 dental readiness status and are accurately documented in DENCLASS/eProfile. Location will vary throughout the State of South Carolina at various Armories/facilities. Vendor must provide all mobile equipment & supplies as none will be provided by the Government. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 15. It is the contractors' responsibility to monitor the Government Wide Point of Entry (GPE) for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. The proposal due date is anticipated to be thirty-one (31) days from the date of solicitation issuance.
