The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to identify companies that could provide specific EMCE parts used within the D-ILS, when replacement parts are needed.  The EMCE winches are from a company located in the Netherlands, and originally procured through a US company that is no longer able to sell the parts listed below to the US Government.
