Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Depuy Synthes Sales, Inc.; 325 Paramount Dr.; Raynham, MA, 02767-5199. The objective of this sole source award is to a Depuy Expedium Pedicle Screw System Salient Characteristics must include: 1. Dual lead screws 2. Pre-lordosed cobalt chrome rods 3. Square threaded locking caps 4. Sales representative must be present for the procedure Depuy Synthes Sales is the manufacturer and sole distributor of the needed items.
