To provide instructional design and development of training material to modernize current training in the Call Centre curricula. This includes, but is not limited to, the migration of several eLearning courses from a Captivate format to the Adapt Authoring Tool format as well as the production/creation of audio recordings for the various Call Centre design team curricula. A contract for Design and Development of Learning Services will enable the College to meet its operational objectives by allowing the outsourcing part of its functions in design for the Call Centre team. The work consists of all phases of the instructional design and development processes, on an as and when requested basis, in consultation with, and subject to approval of the College.
