The City of Decatur (¿City¿) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide turnkey services for design, bid assistance and construction administration for the installation of a microgrid system that includes solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system and battery energy storage system (BESS) and DC Fast Charger at the Decatur Police Department, 420 West Trinity Place, Decatur, Georgia 30030.
