Please ensure that if the notice falls within the bounds of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), include the following requirements in the description:Estimated quantity of commodity: 1,146,248.00 CADDuration of contract: (March 2023) to (September 2023)Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services:CX220903 – Design New Accommodation Building, 19 Wing CFB Comox, British ColumbiaIn accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural and engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services: preparation of a concept, design development, construction documents, assistance during the tender call and construction phases for the construction of the new accommodation building at Comox, British Columbia.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score.The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $6,000,000.00.Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.Proponents can obtain contract award results from the DCC Website at Contract Activity - Defence Construction Canada (dcc-cdc.gc.ca)
